What is First Impressions?

Think of your favorite place to visit or an experience that blew you away. A large part of why you enjoyed that was due to your first impression of the experience. At the Kids First Impressions Desk, our goal is to have a warm, welcoming environment when families arrive.  The greeters and coordinators offer assistance with check-in and  welcome new families.  Our security volunteers make sure to create the safest environment possible for all children and their families.
