FBI Clearance
Please follow these steps for the FBI clearance.
**If you have been a resident of Pennsylvania for 10 years or more, you only need to get the following FBI document notarized. Click "download" button to access the form.**
If you have not lived in PA for 10 years or more follow the directions below:

Where it says Enter Service Code enter code 1KG6ZJ and click Go

Alternatively, click on the link "click here" under the search box that says, Don't know your service code?

Select Pennsylvania in the first drop down, select DHS-OCYF in the second drop-down, and then select DHS-Volunteer in the third drop-down.

This will get you the same code so it's really unnecessary but then you could click Continue

Click the Schedule of Manage Appointment link

Follow the steps to fill out the application

When scheduling an appointment, you can select an actual appointment time or just select your branch location and do a walk-in appointment. Walk-in appointments may take longer as scheduled appointments take priority.

Once you make an appointment or decide to walk in, here is what you can expect.

You will need to take your ID with you.

You will then be fingerprinted and pay.

The results should be emailed to you to you within a few days of having your fingerprints completed and mailed to you within 1-2 weeks.

We are so glad that you have an interest in joining the Kids Team at Grace! Being a part of Kids is something very special. It's more than babysitting or childcare. Being on the Kids Team means that you participate in creating a space for kids to discover Jesus on their level! You are a fundamental part of a child's physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual development! Awesome! Woo hoo! Before you join our team, please look at the important documents list. We need you to fill the Clearance Documents first and foremost if you do not already have them. If you plan on being a Large Group or Small Group leader please fill out the Leader Covenant as well. Need help, let us know at kids@mygcc.org

Why do I need these?
Kids at Grace is committed to providing a safe place for children. These three clearances are required by to be submitted and approved to work with children in any organization. The clearances help us keep our children safe and out of harms way.
